How it Works
When you rent a space with AAA Alliance Self Storage, your rate will be locked in and guaranteed for the first 12 months. No surprises, and no unexpected rate hikes! After your first 12 months, your rate may be adjusted for the current market conditions, but we won’t surprise you. You’ll be provided with at least 30 days' written notification of any rate changes, which is clearly stated in your lease to keep us accountable.
So what’s the catch? There is no catch. The only eligibility requirement is that you enroll in autopay to your credit or debit card. At no extra fee, we will automatically charge your card on your due date each month. Autopay gives even more peace of mind and takes missing rent off the table entirely!

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Offer only available to new rentals. Tenants must use autopay to be eligible for our price lock guarantee. There is no extra cost to enroll in autopay.
Duration: The monthly rental rate is guaranteed not to increase for the first 12 consecutive months of the lease.
Unit Transfers: If a tenant chooses to transfer to a different unit size or type during the 12-month period, the new unit will be subject to current street rates and does not qualify for the original price lock.
Missed or Late Payments: The price lock is contingent on timely monthly payments. Repeated late payments or returned payments void the rate lock guarantee.
After 12 Months: After the initial 12-month period, rates may be adjusted based on current market conditions. Tenants will receive written notice of any rate change in accordance with the lease agreement.
Promotional or Discounted Rates: If a customer signs up with a promotional or introductory discount, the 12-month guarantee applies to the base rental rate, not the temporary discount rate.
Not Transferable: The rate guarantee is not transferable between tenants or units.
Termination of Guarantee: AAA Alliance Self Storage reserves the right to amend or discontinue the 12-month price lock promotion for future rentals at any time. However, customers with active 12-month guarantees will retain their locked-in rate for the duration of their term.
